This client support page has been created as your central reference point following your investment. Here you’ll find everything you need to understand what happens next, how to prepare for delivery, how to safely operate your chamber, and where to access ongoing support whenever you need it.

Production & Delivery Timeline
Your chamber, in most cases, has now entered the production and logistics phase. Production typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. If you have selected a custom configuration, production may take slightly longer and we will keep you informed with a completion date.
Delivery generally takes 4–6 weeks via sea freight from China to Australia. Once production is complete and your chamber is onboard for Australia, our team will contact you with an estimated arrival date and confirm your preferred delivery window.
Prior to delivery, we will request a short video showing the path from the entrance to the installation area. This allows us to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery and installation process.
Throughout production and shipping, we will provide updates at key milestones so you always know where your chamber is and when to expect arrival.

Getting Started & Operating Your Chamber
Your first sessions are about becoming comfortable with your chamber and understanding how it operates. We recommend beginning with shorter sessions while you become familiar with pressurisation, airflow, and overall comfort inside the chamber. As confidence builds, session length and frequency can be adjusted to suit your individual goals or professional environment.
Correct operation includes proper setup, safe pressurisation, session completion, and shutdown procedures. Following these guidelines helps maintain optimal performance and ensures reliable use for years to come.

Your Cellregen journey continues well beyond delivery. As you settle into regular use, our team remains available to support you with usage guidance, maintenance questions, or technical assistance whenever required.
The easiest way to request assistance is through our Service Request page, where our technical team can review your request and provide next steps.
Your chamber will be due for its first routine service in approximately 12 months, which typically involves replacing or cleaning air filters. No additional routine servicing is generally required beyond normal filter maintenance.
We will share ongoing updates, educational resources, and practical insights through our regular newsletter to help support your long-term use of mHBOT and other treatments. These updates may include new educational content, usage guidance, and announcements relevant to Cellregen owners. If you ever prefer not to receive these updates, you can opt out at any time.
